Thermal-Lube has innovated and patented leading analytical technologies to monitor fluid degradation, exhaust emission opacity, and gas analysis.
Most of our Analysis Systems are based on Infra-Red Spectroscopy which allows for quick and accurate “fingerprinting” of any sample. Due to the fact that each chemical compound has its own unique spectral fingerprint, we are able to identify contaminants, track additive depletion, determine fuel dilution in engine oil, report gas emissions and opacity, and other types of analyses.
